Choose a new HISUN from the authorized dealer network and register it to activate the standard manufacturer's warranty.

Provide your details, the vehicle's VIN number and indicate the dealer you bought it from. The application must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

Claim 1 extra year of warranty

After a positive verification of your application, your standard 2-year warranty is extended to 3 years — at no additional cost.

HISUN warranty terms

The HISUN warranty protects the vehicle in line with the manufacturer's terms. To keep full warranty protection, you must:

•carry out the required periodic services in line with the schedule,
•use authorized service points,
•use the vehicle in accordance with the operating manual,
•use the recommended consumables.

Regular servicing affects the safety, durability and reliability of the vehicle.

What does the warranty cover?

The HISUN warranty covers the repair of faults resulting from manufacturing or material defects in line with the applicable warranty terms.

The warranty does not cover parts that wear naturally during use, nor damage arising, among others, from:

•improper use of the vehicle,
•lack of the required services,
•unauthorized modifications,
•use of non-recommended parts or materials,
•mechanical damage.
