1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern the use of the website available at hisunmotors.hr and all of its subpages (the “Website”). The Website is informational in nature and presents a catalogue of Hisun Motors off-road vehicles (ATV and UTV) intended for the Croatian market.
By accessing and using the Website, the user confirms that they have read and fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Website.
2. Service provider
The Website is operated, and the vehicles are sold, by:

3. Purpose and nature of the Website
The Website provides information about products, their specifications and indicative retail prices, and connects visitors with the Authorized Partner. It is not possible to conclude a sales contract or make an online payment through the Website.
The information and prices shown do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Croatian Obligations Act, but an invitation to submit an inquiry. Purchases are made directly with the Seller under a separate contract concluded between the buyer and the Seller.
4. Prices and product availability
- All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
- Prices are indicative and subject to change; the binding price and terms are set out in the Seller’s offer.
- Product images, colours and equipment are shown for illustration and may differ from the actual product.
- The availability of specific models and equipment depends on the Seller’s stock.
5. Purchase, warranty and consumer rights
The vehicle sales contract is concluded directly with the Authorized Partner. The rights and obligations under that contract — including delivery, payment, the commercial warranty and liability for material defects — are governed by the Croatian Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
The consumer exercises rights under the commercial warranty and the statutory liability for material defects directly against the Authorized Partner or the manufacturer, in accordance with the warranty terms supplied with the product.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Website (texts, photographs, logos, trademarks, graphics and design) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to the Service Provider, the manufacturer Hisun Motors or their respective right holders. Reproduction, distribution or other use of the content without prior written consent is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Liability
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date but does not guarantee its complete accuracy, completeness or timeliness. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website.
The Website may contain links to external websites. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such websites.
8. Personal data protection
The processing of users’ personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Use and the consumer’s relationship with the Authorized Partner are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Croatia.
Consumer disputes may also be resolved out of court. Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the online dispute resolution platform is available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes to the Terms of Use
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website. The version in force at the time of use of the Website applies.
